Meet the team
The people behind the scenes making sure our resort is both looking great and runs smoothly.
Responsible for the day to day running of the Maintenance company. Managing budgets, company expenditure and collection of maintenance fees. Leads and monitors staff ensuring they fulfil their responsibilities. Liaising with Tavor Properties to ensure the site has the resources required to support the needs of owners both existing and prospective.

Responsible for the maintenance checks of all apartments on behalf of owners. Liaising on their behalf with the developer, management company and outside contractors to ensure properties are maintained to the highest standard. Providing an emergency service to guests to ensure issues are rectified urgently when necessary.
Responsible for ensuring a positive guest experience for the duration of the guest stay including booking, arrival, during guest stay, departure and after departure services. Key in driving forward on-site entertainment/events liaising with Deks to provide rental packages to attract increased rental bookings. Works with OTAs, booking.com etc in confirming and preparing for check-ins etc.
Responsible for providing information and responding to all owners needs ensuring a high level of satisfaction by building and reinforcing existing customer relationships with owners. Promotion of owners’ packages and extra services, furniture packages, maintenance fees, and travel information. Providing Russian translation for all official letters/posts/customer meetings etc.
Responsible for supporting the Head of Operations as required. Overseeing the housekeeping department and presentation of apartments. Providing information, dealing with complaints and responding to all owners needs ensuring a high level of satisfaction by building and reinforcing existing customer relationships with owners. Promotion of owners’ packages and extra services, furniture packages, maintenance fees, and travel information. Providing Turkish translation for all official letters/posts/customer meetings etc.
Preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reporting. Responsible for maintenance of creditors, debtors, monitoring expenses and preparing all administration and documents to audit standard. Payment of all salaries and suppliers.
Responsible for sourcing items for the company, from playground/gym equipment to welcome packs. Providing additional services to owners including residency support, car registration, government meetings, etc. Deals with all work permit and visa applications for the company, avoiding outsourcing to accountants at high cost.
Responsible for the staff scheduling for all maintenance, gardening and security teams. Monitoring and reporting on cleanliness, orderliness, state of good repair and appearance of the resort, grounds, outlets, all facilities, water sports, beach and public areas. (14 maintenance staff including ground workers/pool cleaners/painters/4 security guards).
Supervises & Scheduling for the house-keeping team. Responsible for the overall cleanliness, orderliness and appearance of the resort, including apartments, laundry services, facilities, and public areas/hallways. (10 Housekeepers)
Supporting the Property Maintenance Manager, assisting with all monthly apartment checks. Supporting the rental department by advising on apartment status, inventory management and procurement of items when required.
Ahmet Iftikhar Ahmed
Responsible for the overall repair, maintenance, upkeep and appearance of the resort, including gardens facilities and public areas. On hand out of hours to support customer arrivals and check in/out. On call for emergency repairs in apartments. Leads the gardening and maintenance team on a daily basis.
Owner Services Assistant
On call to assist owners in their apartments. Provide quick repairs, deal with emergency issues, deliver water & gas, delivery of items etc.
Generally, a team of 3 or 4 who provide 24 hour 365 day security on site. Manning the entrance gate, key holding for arrivals/departures, site inspections during peak hours and overnight, resort lighting operations, car parking, closing/opening of spa/gym/pools etc. Emergency assistance 24/7, check-in/out support and taxi supervision.
