Tavor Management is a non-profit making company
responsible for the maintenance and operations at Thalassa Beach Resort, specialising in ensuring property owners and holiday makers are looked after with professionalism and care during their stay with us. All profit earned by Tavor Management is reinvested into the resort, to help maintain standards, and to continue to provide the best service and improve our offerings.
Tavor Management also provides a range of services
for property owners and guests, from property maintenance to rental packages, allowing property owners to sit back whilst we take care of their property in their absence, book, organise and arrange their holiday rentals. Our on-site team of professionals are dedicated to serving you, to ensure Thalassa Beach Resort is one of the most sought after resorts in the Mediterranean.

Secil Derya
General ManagerResponsible for the day to day running of the Maintenance company. Managing budgets, company expenditure and collection of maintenance fees. Leads and monitors staff ensuring they fulfil their responsibilities. Liaising with Tavor Properties to ensure the site has the resources required to support the needs of owners both existing and prospective.

Mustafa Karahasan
Property Maintenance ManagerResponsible for the maintenance checks of all apartments on behalf of owners. Liaising on their behalf with the developer, management company and outside contractors to ensure properties are maintained to the highest standard. Providing an emergency service to guests to ensure issues are rectified urgently when necessary.
Şerif Onaç
Concierge & Rental Co-OrdinatorResponsible for ensuring a positive guest experience for the duration of the guest stay including booking, arrival, during guest stay, departure and after departure services. Highlighting any issues that may impact on the guest stay to the relevant departments at any time during guest experience. Acting as site and facilities ambassador, being visible during day and evening times to answer questions, promote facilities, generally allow guests to feel welcome and supported throughout their stay.
Ammar Ismail
Concierge & Rental Co-OrdinatorResponsible for ensuring a positive guest experience for the duration of the guest stay including booking, arrival, during guest stay, departure and after departure services. Highlighting any issues that may impact on the guest stay to the relevant departments at any time during guest experience. Acting as site and facilities ambassador, being visible during day and evening times to answer questions, promote facilities, generally allow guests to feel welcome and supported throughout their stay. Be up to date on the latest promotions, availability and information on the beach, pool, restaurant, fitness, sauna and spa, area tours etc.
Hande Zeyveli
Rental Co-OrdinatorResponsible for ensuring a positive guest experience for the duration of the guest stay including booking, arrival, during guest stay, departure and after departure services. Highlighting any issues that may impact on the guest stay to the relevant departments at any time during guest experience. Controlling long-term rentals and all tax declarations from incomes of rentals. Reporting daily and weekly incomes from rentals and review all feedbacks from customers.
Meyrem Derviş
Rentals & Guest Services CoordinatorCoordinates, plans, promotes, implements, and leads day to day aspects of guest services including facility rentals, operations, concessions, and rental events. Monitors guest services for quality and ensures quality standards are met. Evaluates effectiveness and make recommendations for changes. Sharing of weekly reports including arrivals, departures, transport bookings, special requests etc.

Owner Services ManagerResponsible for providing information and responding to all owners needs ensuring a high level of satisfaction by building and reinforcing existing customer relationships with owners. Promotion of owners’ packages and extra services, furniture packages, maintenance fees, and travel information. Providing Russian translation for all official letters/posts/customer meetings etc.

Ayşen Şehzade
Office Manager & Owner ServicesResponsible for supporting the Head of Operations as required. Overseeing the housekeeping department and presentation of apartments. Providing information, dealing with complaints and responding to all owners needs ensuring a high level of satisfaction by building and reinforcing existing customer relationships with owners. Promotion of owners’ packages and extra services, furniture packages, maintenance fees, and travel information. Providing Turkish translation for all official letters/posts/customer meetings etc.
Ayşe Akancay
Accounts ManagerControlling banks, cash and cheque payments and distribution to correct accounts. Dealing with and handling of auditors and all information required before, during and after annual audit. Responsible for monthly balancing of all financial accounts at end-month-closings as well as preparing and submitting reports to General Manager by end of each month. Responsible for all daily banking and direct receiving of cash handlings which is to be done efficiently and recorded and signed off by relevant parties.
Gülperi Keleş
Accounts ManagerPosting invoices of suppliers to system. Monitoring company bank accounts and preparing cheques payments for suppliers and subcontractors. Preparing VAT and declaring to government. Also, preparing personnel social security and provident fund payments including staff work permissions. Controlling accounts monthly-end-closings.
Emral Zorali
Customer Accounts ManagerPosting invoices of maintenance fees, monthly packages and all other services/ materials to system that TM provide. Monitoring company bank accounts and informing owners about maintenance balances in monthly basis with email. Also, following all utilities payments such as electricity, council tax and property tax of owners. Controlling accounts monthly-end-closings.
Mehmet Akgürel
Site & Facilities ManagerResponsible for the staff scheduling for all maintenance, gardening and security teams. Monitoring and reporting on cleanliness, orderliness, state of good repair and appearance of the resort, grounds, outlets, all facilities, water sports, beach and public areas. (14 maintenance staff including ground workers/pool cleaners/painters/4 security guards).
Devran Oztürk
Housekeeping SupervisorSupervises & Scheduling for the house-keeping team. Responsible for the overall cleanliness, orderliness and appearance of the resort, including apartments, laundry services, facilities, and public areas/hallways. (10 Housekeepers)
Ahmet Iftikhar Ahmed
Maintenance SupervisorResponsible for the overall repair, maintenance, upkeep and appearance of the resort, including gardens facilities and public areas. On hand out of hours to support customer arrivals and check in/out. On call for emergency repairs in apartments. Leads the gardening and maintenance team on a daily basis.
Açelya Mayaoğlu
Health and Fitness coordinatorThe Health and Fitness coordinator, plays an integral role in the day-to-day operations of the spa, gym, indoor pool, hammam, group fitness, and kids club department. Supports and motivates the spa team and creates a culture of care and service excellence among employees. Develop and implement health and fitness operational goals, policies and procedures. Additionally, responsible for leading the efficient and effective spa operations including short and long-term strategic planning.
Agustina Banjar
Spa TherapistResponsible for all massages and treatment related activities for the comfort & safety of the owners and guests in the Spa area.
Muhammad Ijaz
Owner Services AssistantOn call to assist owners in their apartments. Provide quick repairs, deal with emergency issues, deliver water & gas, delivery of items etc.
Security
Security GuardsGenerally, a team of 3 or 4 who provide 24 hour 365 day security on site. Manning the entrance gate, key holding for arrivals/departures, site inspections during peak hours and overnight, resort lighting operations, car parking, closing/opening of spa/gym/pools etc. Emergency assistance 24/7, check-in/out support and taxi supervision.
